Payment and Order Processing
After your purchase, payment processing may take between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the verification times established by our Shopify platform.
During this period, we prepare your order so that once the payment is confirmed, we can ship it immediately.
Business Days:
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
If your payment is confirmed on a Friday, your order will be scheduled for shipment on the following business day.
Shipping
Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed with the shipment of your product.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier’s shipping times and the final destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
Tracking Information
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status in real-time.
Important Information
• During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may slightly extend, but we will work to avoid this whenever possible.
• Amaréa is not responsible for delays caused by external courier services.
• Amaréa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our control), processing and delivery times may be affected. We appreciate your understanding under these exceptional circumstances.
Shipping Coverage
• We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
• In the event of a lost package caused by the shipping carrier, Amaréa may assist you in filing a claim. However, we do not guarantee a refund or replacement, as it will depend on the carrier’s investigation and resolution.
Policy Acceptance
• By placing an order through our store, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this shipping policy in full.
